The CRÉAK competence center at Rouen University Hospital, coordinated by Dr Nicolas OZANNE in internal medicine, and by Dr GRALL LEROSEY in pediatrics, sees patients referred by their GPs or in post-emergency care for suspected bradykin angioedema. Patients diagnosed with hereditary bradykin angioedema are followed up on a long-term basis in the department. A medical and paramedical team trained in the pathology is on hand to explain the diagnosis, set up medication and monitor treatment in the best possible conditions.

The Rouen University Hospital Competence Center has been caring for patients with bradykin's angioedema for over 10 years within the internal medicine department for the adult part, and even longer for the pediatric part.The Competence Center team is involved in the management of patients with angioedema, providing education in self-injection for patients, and participating in national telephone consultations on angioedema. The team also participates in training initiatives for various specialists in the region (emergency physicians, pediatricians, internists).
